Thanks, done all of that. Still can’t go on blue, one thing I noticed is that the post at the back of the home base where the RJ45 goes doesn’t light up. Is there another way to force reset the device

Only way I know is what I posted. Make sure you delete it first from the app then try the factory reset. If its a refurbished directly from Eufy or Amazon there should still be a warranty. If you got it from a friend make sure they deleted it from their app or I believe you can’t set it up if someo…
