I have a solocam S340. the solar panel wasn’t getting enough sunlight so the camera died.
I brought in the camera to charge it for 8 hours.
the camera won’t charge.

can anyone tell me how to get it re-charged.

I have only owned it for 1 months

Hi, please try the actions below:

  1. remove the solar panel, just using the USB charging, to see whether it works
  2. replug the solar panel, to see whether it works
  3. if it is charging properly but it drains fast, you may adjust the mounting angle or the sensitivity, if it is not charging at all, you may contact the Customer Support to replace a new device
