I have a wired doorbell camera. The chime went off twice but I was in another room and did not go to the door right away. Answered the door of course no one was there and there were no packages. So I checked the video and it did not record. In fact it will often record a car passing on the street but not movement in yard or at door. It is set 1 tick less than full effect with no zone set (so full range of view). Troubleshooting ideas?

There are a few posts here about this occurring to others, the doorbell rings but there’s no one there physically pushing the doorbell button?? Phantom doorbell rings.
Some have tried removing the camera doorbell from the app and then syncing it back to the App but, it may returns back after a few days.
