So, when your iPhone is in silent mode (side botton feature), there is a risk of your notifications about motion or even triggered sirene alerts being surpressed.
On my Ajax alarm system the app is utilizing the iOS feature of delivering alarm notifications to an ‘important’ channel, that allows for audible notification alerts being prioritized and allows sound even during focus/sleep/silent mode.
I suggest the option of Eufy Notifications to enable option to allow the same. Either by motion or at least if sirene is triggered.
