Notifications problem with doorbell

When I set the notification to “silent” for detecting motion, it doesn’t work. My iPhone still makes sound en when in silent mode still buzzes. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

The notification may he set to silent (sounds turned down low) but is it your phone notifications that are vibrating.?

The things is, in the app, you can set different notifications for detecting movement and ringing the doorbell. If I turn my notifications to silent on my iPhone, there’s no sound at all. Not even when someone is using the doorbell. Turning the notification to silent in the eufy security app to silent doesn’t work, while I can change different sounds for the notification.

Check if you are on the latest firmware.
The latest firmware version is v2.317.
The latest iOS App is v1.7.5.

Set Notification to “Silent” when you’re home and your phone is on the same Wi-Fi as the doorbell.
This is to eliminate possible connection loss.
