Hello - I have a E340 with a HomeBase. Today I have a notification that there was activity. I checked the cam and there was no event, but listening to the camera live, I heard noise coming from out of the camera’s view. I recorded a 1 minute audio clip and it said it was saved to the “Phone folder” I searched my iPhone for the file and could not find it. Can anyone tell me where it would be?

Hi - Thanks for the suggestion. Are you talking about downoads on my phone or Downloads in the Eufy Security app? I searched the app pretty thoroughly and cannot find aything related to downloads.

Downloads on your phone. If you have iPhone, swipe down anywhere on your main Home Screen and it should pull up a search box for your phone. Type in downloads
I’m having same problem. I’m getting a notification of event on iPhone but inside eufy app there is nothing. This just started happening recently. Making the cam worthless
Take a look in your photos / picture gallery. The place where when you take a picture with your phone, the app that stores your photos, it could possibly be there?
Sorry! Neither of these suggestions worked. I believe the update last week is buggy. I have lost many events that were previously recorded as well. I think there is a real issue with the latest app update.

This was an audio clip and the app is up to date
It couldn’t just record an audio clip.
Even if you were watching through live view and the screen was blank / black it would still recorded as a video clip with audio.
The app doesn’t have the ability to record just audio…
