My home base is coming up with a low battery alert its plugged into the mains power. I reset it and that cleared it but then it’s back again today, it’s only 6 months old,
And today it’s also lost one of my motion sensors!
Do you have the optional battery backup for the HomeBase 2?
If yes,
LED Indicator Light Status
Solid blue — Working properly
Blinking blue — Charging
Solid red — Not connected to power
Blinking red — Low battery
If it’s 6 months old it should still have a warranty on it.
