My r50i NC device is connected to phone but can’t connect to app. Any fix?
Here’s what you can try if your R50i NC connects to your phone but not to the Soundcore app:
Download the latest version of the Soundcore app from your app store. (If you already have it installed, please uninstall and reinstall the app — overwriting the existing version is not recommended.)
Open the app, tap the “Add Device” option on the left side, and the app should automatically connect to your Soundcore P30i/R50i NC earbuds. The first time you open the app, make sure to allow location permissions.
If the connection fails, go to “Set Up Manually → Add Device → Soundcore P30i/R50i NC” to see whether you can add the earbuds manually. If your model isn’t listed, take a screenshot and reach out to customer support.
Change your system region and language to English (United States) and try again.
If the first connection succeeds but later attempts don’t:
- Check whether Dual Connection mode is enabled — if you’ve connected the earbuds to the app on phone A, they won’t connect to the app on phone B until the first app session is closed.
- Restart your phone or try connecting with a different device.
These steps should help restore proper pairing between the app and your earbuds.
