Does anyone else have the problem that the new community videos don’t load? Since today, it doesn’t work for me either via the app function or via the normal website.
The videos that are older than one day still work perfectly.
I do. Some are working today but not all. I’m on Android Samsung S21
Yeah same here, though I can view the videos of older posts though.

New current posts of videos are not being displayed for me as of yet, using Android and on Chrome browser.
I’m able to watch videos posted from 4 days ago though.
Everything is working again for me. Hopefully you will be able to watch the videos again soon.
it keeps freezing up on me and i can’t slide up to view other videos Eufy please fix quickly

There’s no video window with a play button displayed.
Though the odd thing is I can see videos posted from 15 days ago and afterwards…

Everything is working perfectly again for me. I can also see the video in your message.
Maybe try a restart of your home base. Assuming you have already updated your Android app and restarted your phone. Likewise you computer and updated Chrome

@ogr10 thanks, no home base and not accessing the form through the app, just using my phone with Chrome browser. Everything’s up-to-date as far as I know…
I can only watch the video in my desktop browser, unfortunately not on my phone.
