Hi, just installed both the WiFi Door
Lock and the video doorbell. I am getting all the door lock notifications but no notifications from the doorbell.
What am I doing wrong?
Hi, I have the same problem, is just when the door lock Integration option is activated, if you deactivate all the notifications works again, I let you the response of the Eufy support team after some tries to solve this problem:
"So sorry for the inconvenience caused. I can imagine your disappointment when you notice the devices do not work as expected. In your case, please know that we have put forwarded to our back engineer and they will work day and night to find out the root cause.
I am sorry that we have not been able to solve the issue for you yet. We will, however, find a solution. I kindly ask for a little bit of patience. As soon as I receive feedback, I will write to you immediately.

Thanks - I will give this a try and report back.
I tried removing the integration and that hasn’t help.
Very frustrating.
I’m am having the same issue…is there any solution yet?
