Hi, Just thought I would post an advice note.
I had already setup a mains connect Video doorbell and chime on my network. I also needed to setup a battery door bell and mains chime. Though the setup routine said the chime was connected to the Wifi network, the Eufy app would fail to connect after about 2 minutes of trying.
After many attempts, I decided to setup the battery video doorbell and associated chime on a different router, but same Wifi network. I did this as I suspected the Eufy app was not allowing 2 video doorbells (and chimes) to be on the same Wifi network and router. It worked!
Perhaps Eufy can add some comment on this.
Battery Video doorbell is model T8222 and chime T8020
