How is the upgrade working for you guys? Just curious as this problem would happen to me as well.

My arlo system worked perfect until there was ā€big updateā€ and it was so bad after i swapped to eufy… add a geofencing/schedule option

I don’t know what’s wrong with the app now. I have it how I like it. Updates to apps never go well.

I’d like to suggest the ability to change the order your devices and cameras inside of the app

Mine keeps doing the same as a few people where you have to reset to start picking up thi gs again

Hope they fix the camera not picking up people at the door. My wife left the house today twice and came back and the camera never picked her up - I have zero faith this works at night time to detect movement. I complained before and they sent me a replacement camera but the issue still persists on both doorbell cameras - even doing a full reset or delete and add again still doesnt resolve it

sort it out Eufy once and for all

If they do that i will return back the cameras i bought , i bought them very expensive because its free but if they will be money baggers so let them enjoy it am sure most of people will never buy nothing again from this company

Its going gr8 without update why always companies wNt to make it hard on customers? We already took long time to know well about the cameras and i hope u will not destroy that , and ofc if there will be charge on us myself will return back the cameras i bought and am sure all who i know will do the same

Agree, I’ve asked for this feature a number of times. what’s the point in snoozing if it still records. as well as multiple shots of me on my deck , it wastes battery life

I’ve got a similar issue as others in that the motion detection seems to have become less reliable. Aligned to this is that motion detection takes 3 to 5 seconds and persons will frequently pass across, enter and leave the field the view without being captured. Repositioning cameras isn’t always possible. While I appreciate that ā€˜pre record’ facility isn’t an option, a faster motion response time would be a significant improvement.

Hopefully it will upgrade a lot. Several of my cameras don’t pick up people walking around my house. It’s very intermittent. Sometimes they work, and sometimes not. Very disappointing

You will have to change settings

I hope you fixed issues when in different time zones. That’s the one irritant I have with the app given notifications of motion detected won’t display and videos won’t even load.

I agree with this. Most of us purchase Eufy due to it NOT wanting a subscription fee.

An Unlimited data plan would be nice especially got what is being charged through EIOT.

The time was set up incorrectly, is two hours before every event

Will Eufy fix the software to stop my door bell ringing when there is no one there and the bell has not been rung? It’s a problem that’s been reported on the www by many other people.

Well, I can’t even see events but I still get notifications. Even tried deleting the app and adding it back. What’s up with this?? I’m so tired of errors and a moving fan showing up but I can’t see what’s going on!! I’m about ready to move to something else!!

Besides the cameras stops work, I don’t know if because the new owners or the guys that used to work with this company are not with them any more. Now they are sending messages for customers to move with them. Please someone can help me with this.
