Why does the app only show footage when you click the play button for each camera? Why doesnāt the app have split screen for each camera playing live footage without having to go through each camera individually. This is EXTREMELY ANNOYING and Iām about to return my cameras if this is the case. If thereās a way to combine footage and show all cameras playing. Please let me know. Otherwise this setup with all its fancy features is useless to me!

please implement an interval snapshot system and time line scrubbing set up like ring its a much better user experience, also resolve the half duplex audio nonsense with the out door cameras

New beta app is very laggy due to the combination app (multiple eufy services in one app)
Iād be happier if my cameras would work all the time instead of intermittently.

I love it so much
Same here. And after spending nearly 400 quid on 2 cameras and an alarm system only for the cameras to just start completely missing events. Contacted eufy several times but as the system was just out of warranty by the time I reached out they wanted me to buy a whole new homebase 3, total joke. Itās working about 75% now without making any changes which leads to me believe itās a firmware/software issue all along. Hopefully this new app doesnāt muck it all up again.
Looking forward to the upgrade as may help with wee issue Iām having at the moment

Itās about time. I hope that this app brings you can open all cameras at the same time.
It would be nice if I could schedule certain cameras to go to sleep on certain schedules everyday. Like some indoor cameras when Iām home I donāt I feel I owe you want notifications during the day. Survival currently after manually put them to sleep for 12 hours and then put him to sleep for a few more hours kind of a pain

Itās about time 
Try turning off āAll other motionsā under the motion detection settings. I had the same issue and this seemed to work.
Please fix when disk is full the system doesnāt send motion detected messages. I have to manually erase the memory, restart the system to get the messages. Tks.
