I’m just hoping they don’t pull a Sonos and brick half their equipment.

One of the security cameras is not working at the moment, can you please let me know what happened, is it because of the new update? Was thought the battery was low but I did charge it last night, and this morning I put it back into the normal place but doesn’t work. Wondering what happened.

Please let it record if I click a notification. I hate that I have to remember to actively press record of I click a motion alert.

I am very happpy if you wish to upgrade the app, although I must say that I do not have any problems with it as it stands at this point in time.

Fix the damn buggy geofencing. Me and the rest of the internet complain about it not knowing if I’m in or out of the zone. Surely it’s not hard to get working right.

All my outdoor cameras are offline now. Only indoor cameras work. What’s going on???

Please upgrade it so the FULL event of some unknown person walking into your property is saved, not just part of it to capture their face :roll_eyes:

I’m hoping this update will include an option for all Eufy users to have option that can turn off the annoying tutorial that appears when I just want to view the live feed from any of the cameras that can tilt. This tutorial forces me to swap screens to move the camera view, and it really frustrates me when I’m trying to access my camera quickly. I never asked for this tutorial, and it feels like I’m being treated as if I’ve failed third grade multiple times. Is this an issue only on iOS devices like the iPhone and iPad? I really dislike having to go through this tutorial every time I want to view my camera, and it causes unnecessary delays.

I am ready for change but I hope it is easier to talk to somebody when they are standing at my front door when I am down the road popped in to see my dad when something is being delivered and when I go to speak to whoever is at the front door that tick that you’re meant to press so that you can speak to them doesn’t always come up so I’m really hoping that things are easier to use than what they have been

Can we remove the 1080p downscaling for Apple HomeKit? This feature really sucks.

Aaaaaand now the app has updated on the 5th Jan, there’s no motion detection or notifications or recordings. Please fix.

I hope the upgraded ones will include a feature that gives us all cameras in one screen of view.

If it stops my doorbell from ringing without anyone being there, or pressing the button. I would be very happy. My 4 cameras work flawlessly at the moment.

Mine detects mist if moving or swirling around at night. No resemblance to a person yet wakes me to look at the “event”. Have to switch it all off
