Playback on c2 is broken now 
Whenever I’ve received these “feel good” notices from others in the past it’s always translated into we’re now charging or the price is increasing. Hope I’m wrong. To be frank, if Eufy is now going to charge I will switch back to Arlo.
It would be really nice if there wasn’t a delay between when it catches movement and when you get notification on your phone or when someone rings the doorbell and by the time it rings through on your end they have already walked away. Soooo annoying.
Intrusive don’t need it. The updates are actually worthless. Stop the intrusion
This is my main concern with the setup.
I really don’t seen anything that would need to be updated or enhanced but I hope this is not a way to slowly start charging for monthly fees because I love this security system and that was the reason I chose to go with Eufy Security rather than the competitors. I was always told if its not broke then don’t fix it. Please don’t mess this security app up. This security system means a lot for all of us who bought it and who continue to purchase new cameras etc from Eufy.

The reason I picked Eufy was that there was no subscription but it was more expensive to buy than other simular makes, the thing I would like to see is the delay in the camera to the phone, thankyou
Ready for the upgrades
Bought this as everyone saying it’s great. But it whites out car number plates. And can’t make out any plate numbers at all. The last 3 systems bought all could clearly make out car number plates. Why can’t your yours!
