Why is my camera not picking up sounds :sob: restarted/ cleaned/ deleted app/ deleted camera-did set up again and still nothing. All i her is like a ratio with no signal :frowning:

3 of my 4 cameras lost the audio and I’m sure the 4th coming soon after the update!

Be great if the new app has motion snooze for an hour+ rather than alert snooze. Useful when washing the car on the drive etc

Will Geofencing actually work in this upgrade?

I hope this is the start of some much needed feature additions. Great cameras but poor software and ecosystem. Needs things like IFTTT enabling, better controls over the modes e.g. being able to schedule the bedtime mode at bedtime so you don’t have to manually change. Better smart home integration, MQTT, better automation options. So much could be done to make the software as good as the hardware. Fingers crossed and hopingšŸ¤žšŸ»

Hasn’t resolved anything. One of my Cameras still goes off line for no reason at all. Have to take it down constantly to plug in a usb c power lead in and then it comes back on for a short period of time? What nonsense is this & after purchasing 6 cameras, doesn’t make sense to why they work then don’t work. Purchased a Mesh extender to no avail, this is a Eufy software issue 100%
