Well, Iām all about convenience (along w/no monthly fees) and I am looking forward to the enriched smart home experience you aim to provide. I can only imagine this upgrade includes the home security system as well. My 2025 goal is to kick Protection One/ADT to the curb for Eufy Home Security. My camera has stopped working all together. Not pleased. I have no security now.
I hope the app remains free. The reason I paid more for Eufy than Ring was because I wanted to have full unlimited access to the recorded footage.

More integration with Apple HomeKit would be really useful as the 3 cameraās I have donāt, but I see some of eufy cameras do!!

Having the ability for 24 hour recordings would make this a 10/10 in my books! I want to be able to scroll second by second/ minute by minute on ALL my Eufy cameraās. Thanks!
It does lag a lot! I was even thinking about switching because the cameras donāt hold up either.
Iām old and disabled and had all ur cameras installed in my home. They dontvwork. They only record bits here and there. I been robbed and Ive had issues with a cleaning companie who were here for 4 hours who ripped me off only doing part of the work yet ur cameras only recorded the guy in my house for 10 seconds in one room, yet he was in every room of my 4 bed house over that time. Yet it recorded me sitting 4 that time . Also ur stupid cameras record us sleeping 4 hours but not me getting up to go to the bathroom or the kitchen 4 a drink. . Or they r recording the wall which happens often. Iām absolutely shocked and discusted. Now I canāt take them down as I will b left with holes in the plaster. Also u guys r absolutely impossible to get hold of. I need to speak to a human being. And I desperately need one of ur technicians from melbourne australia to kindly come here to find them please. I have 16 cameras in total and Iāve been robbed blind and have also had serious property damade from carers. I need those cameras working asap. Iām upset as I have no proof thanks to the cameras not working as they should against anyone. My husband has checked the settings aswell as the internet speed. It all is in order.
Iāll also be returning mine to the shop if a subscription needs to be started. Main reason I went with this company was no cloud storage and could use SD

Got to agree with several comments, itās not the best system, at night it picks up plants moving, any light bouncing of parked cars also sets it off to name a few. Not sure how this compares to competition but itās not great.
Make sure it doesnāt pick up cars passing by when the setting is for Human detection only . So image needs to better picking close up of humans faces.
