Please don’t start charging a monthly service fee, and for god’s sake don’t be like SONOS and create a new app that everyone will hate.

i experience many frustrating problems that should have been fixed before even going live. They include:
inconsistent recording of motion detection events (no rhyme or reason as to what is recorded)
inconsistent length of time recording events (1 min & up)
delayed ability to respond to doorbell(screen change long)
Low volume of speakers voice
Inconsistent videos of person entering or exiting door

Why do I have to scroll through months of comments to see current comments?

Help find a way to fix the lag between camera/doorbell events and app notifications. It takes too long.

Let’s hope there are no new charges, if so the whole lot will be removed and posted back to them along with a law suit for false advertising their no subscription promise.

After updating the app I cant connect to my doorbell camera anymore. So thats great. Besides its not catching movements anymore, this was… a great update… not…

How do the get the camera from clicking every time it’s tripped

Can you make it that in the new app, one of the option for the schedule is to change it to geo? I don’t leave home at exactly the same time, so I want to make it that between 7:00 and 10:00, it switches to geo which will handle the home/away based on my location.

Please add an open API for the tech savvy people to be able to customize it exactly as they need it.

One of my cameras doesn’t record- settings all set the same, the main one sometimes does not record someone entering and doorbell randomly rings sometimes in the middle of the night and in the middle of the day. We’ve triple checked everything. If this is not fixed, will need to switch to more reliable services.

It would be great if the system could be changed to NIGHT mode at a certain time in SCHEDULE but then in the morning, the system revert to AUTO during the day.

You can’t add AUTO to a schedule unfortunately (stacking). Presently I have to manually change to NIGHT mode every evening before bed and then change it back to AUTO in the mornings.

Looking forward to this, I had previously stayed with eufy for other products so that it was just one app, then found I needed a second app anyway, this will simplify that!!

Desktop version with camera live view would be great!
