looking forward to enhance the app and the camera functioning, where iām facing that one of the camera trun off with not reason while the other camera is ok as I useing the full features such as Ai Traking, PTZ, all detection etc. !

A WINDOWS and MAC OS version of the app would be GREAT !!
Why not get immediate notifications on PC while it is being used instead of having to reach for phone every time??
For example, a response to a doorbell would be much more immediate.

3 years , Cam Pro 2 Cameras no problems.Bought the S340 Cam for the driveway nothing but alerts for motion or humans because?ā¦ā¦.SNOW!

THIRD TIME TRYING TO POST!!! Reminds me to tell you that your app is very glitches! And yes, my iOS & app are up to date & Iāve deleted it, restarted my phone & reinstalled it NUMEROUS times!!!
So hereās so ideas:
When the app is opened, show the most recent pic the camera is viewing, not just what you last saw or what it last caught with the motion alert.
Give the ability to choose where to put the date & time. Itās currently on the top, I want it on the bottom out of the sunlight.
Put the cameraās name & SN # in easier to find location.
When manually fast forwarding, it would be nice to see the things in the video while doing so. Just like if you choose 2x thru 16x.
Your app & Apple App Store have conflicting selections for cloud subscription.
Move ācontrol centerā & settings closer to the username. Move āreferralā & other less likely used topics further down.
Allow āWeb Portal Accessā on iPhones, not just iPad & PCs.
Video Encryption ā Local Storage Encryption ā āAlways Onā, there should be a way to turn it off right here. Per your instructions, it needs to be turned off to access a feature.
Make a āSnoozeā options for 4hrs & 8hrs.
Begin āhelpā within the app via encrypted chat, instead of just an email & then wait for āsomeoneā to reply back in 24-48hrs.

Maybe they can add vehicle detection to all outdoor cameras. If the camera canāt detect it, the homebase AI should be able to.

You can zoom in on the footage after the fact, and with great clarity (depending on your resolution).
