You’ve “never seen an app upgrade that didn’t screw up the user experience?”
So all mobile apps were their most optimal at ver. 1? I understand what you meant - all mobile app *updates have bugs initially…true. But it is also unavoidable, and doesn’t mean you shouldn’t optimize.
Let’s instead ask that they implement a beta release prior to deployment, address bugs quickly, and listen to user feedback.
Most important, turn off automatic updates in your mobile settings & watch this community board post release. Wait until you see positive feedback before updating.

Additionally, if you have any related videos of the issue and the device’s SN (Serial Number), that would be even better. We will have a dedicated engineer follow up on your issue.

Mine picks up my dog as he walks away from the camera with his tail up, sending me a nice photo of his “behinds” every now and then… :joy:

Add a windows app similar to Amcrest. The Web access is useless. Also add control for low battery notice on door camera/lock. Low battery notice pops up about every minute until the battery is changed.

Yes, I have experienced the same, last few months it has gradually and now it doesn’t pick up movement at my front door at night tome any more. I’ve played around with some settings all to no avail. I guess I’ll raise a support case and see if they have any suggestions.

My indoor cameras will turn off of privacy all by themselves. It is extremely creepy. I hope this fixes that bug. I just completed the update and see nothing has changed on my end. Fingers crossed this updated fixes the bug.

Please improve your AI so Human Detection setting can learn the difference between a human and my PETS. I can’t set the alarm function with my pets in the yard as it keeps detecting them as Humans and activating the alarm. Thankyou!

Hello dear Eufy!
I really hope you don’t bother with the update, as we are satisfied with most things that it is again a problem with the app, I would prefer that you fix these small detail bugs on the doorbell and the camera itself. Then the image and video from 2k show a very southern and unclear image. The quality of your new doorbell seems to be very poor as it is very choppy on the live video and reality. with kind regards
