The auto lock does not work correctly. I have it set to auto lock after 3 minutes, after 9pm to 6am. It triggers at 3:26am !

It’d be nice to have resize options for the previews on the home ā€œdevicesā€ screen so you can fit more on the screen, to avoid having to scroll to see other devices. Then adding multiple camera streaming :grin:

Yes! And that’s annoying…too short. EUFY: Is there a parameter that can be set or configured to set length?

I purchased this system a few years ago and now currently 4 cameras, AI is very slow learning even AI advisers are a joke, I tried to return ā€˜Home Base 2 after purchasing Home Base 3 it’s like communicating with a brick wall, it never worked so its in the loft. I would have purchased the new cameras but because of previous experience have decided to stay with current cameras.

They need to add scheduling and geofencing together, I like geofencing on all the time but schedule times when it gets dark. My old Arlo’s did this but then they updated their app and broke it, unless you pay for it.

Longer notification alarm at night if intruder in yard. Single ā€œdingā€ not enough to awaken me at night would be helpful

Ring has terrible quality and a lag in live stream, compared to Eufy so there’s that also

Please do not try to ā€œupsellā€ or ā€œAd Sellā€ inside App,it is annoying.Once a customer buys Eufy product, normally the products should can be trusted.

Hopefully you did away with those two battery reminders that are 2 minutes apart when trying to watch a live view.

Looking forward to the upgrade, but hoping it goes by smoothly like the rest of the comments here it seems change always brings added frustration on the users . Like my father used to say If it isn’t broke don’t fix it. Fingers crossedšŸ¤žšŸ»

Same as that - genuinely think overall its a piece of shit equipment. It misses more than it picks up regardless what setting the motion detection is set to

Another thing is as I’m delighted with the quality of the camera why isn’t night vision in color? Would be nice if it were. I have Wyze cameras throughout my home in and outside and they are all in color with night vision. Just saying.

Currently only two patches can be apploed in Privacy settings. Would be good if more patches could be added. Also Currently the patches are rectangular with four vertices. I wish the users could add more vertices so other irregular shapes of privacy patches could be set.

Will Eufy guarantee in this comments section, No Subscription Fees?

I upgraded to latest version and was unable to install my C31 doorbell. It was having intermittent connection issues so to try and fix, I removed the doorbell and then tried to reinstall. Finally in frustration, I used my wife’s phone which had an old version of the app to successfully install. Looking at the version history of this app, it looks like the more they’ve tried to fix things the more they’ve broken. Ironically, it appears that the more recent versions specifically mention the C31 doorbell. I would rather have an app that actually works than to have one with new features. Eufy should fire whoever is responsible for their software maintenance and testing.

Well I’m happy the way it is. Don’t Start trying to get monthly subscriptions. I paid for a camera that I don’t need cloud storage or a subscription. So I won’t be paying for a subscription. My camera is working just fine the way it is with a memory card.
