I have Cloud and iCloud but I can’t get Either to Work with My Security System without having to Pay Eufy? I can’t get it to Work. I Pay more than enough to Cover Everything but My Security System? Please Help. I have Reached Out to Eufy,Verizon and Everyone/Anyone Else. Now Eufy has Increased the Price and I can Pay another Premium because I know they are Compatible and Work Well for My Friends?

I am not comfortable with cloud storage. The present storage source has my approval for what I am dealing with under eufy. Maybe after some exposure to a cloud, I may change my mind.

I don’t want cloud storage and i’m held hostage by your ads to force me into getting cloud storage.Not a good business practice.

The reason I went with guy was to protect my home and it’s not doing that at the time it was working now it’s not batteries charged has a new SIM card but nothing’s working don’t know why it’s not recording

if databases can be hacked and passwords and IDs stolen, why should we trust the cloud for a video data of our dwelling both indoors and out?
have a real serious problem with cloud storage being used for anything of value unless the security for it as of the absolute highest level. Apple’s iCloud seems to be only one that seems to not have been hacked that I am aware of.

My wife and I have concerns about cloud storage from the standpoint of security. If these large databases that contain our ID Social Security numbers, etc., etc. are getting hacked, it makes you wonder why we should trust these clouds storage for sensitive things such as the interior and exterior of our dwellings.

I don’t understand all this technical comment. My problem is, simply stated my doorbell works fine, I believe, but my camera is not working? When first installed, some months ago, the camera worked fine as did the doorbell but now my camera (video) doesn’t work at all? Moreover I don’t understand the need for storage via the cloud or otherwise but all I need is the camera to work whether the video’s are stored for future recall or not. Could you help please without too much technical banter? Thanks for your consideration. Bruce

If ppl are getting past my security by simply rebooting wifi or just turning it off. Will cloud storage give you a notification of power outage,or loss of wifi signal,and will the cloud copy the event from local storage because the systems vulnerable to power outages and in and out wifi.
