Any joy on the ticket :ticket: front?

Both S340 and E30. The E30 does handle the tracking better!

Did you pair the E30 camera with the Homebase 3 as well?

It’s a pity for the S340. I noticed this after the recent updates on my side. I find that it followed me better at the very beginning when I had received and installed them.

It’s noted. It’s really unfortunate that the software isn’t optimal.

They know they have a problem yet have failed to fix the AI tracking problem with the other models they have released!

Any updates on your outstanding Ticket?

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, there has been an update. As I understand it, Eufy Australia forwarded my case to global support. Global support couldn’t access the videos and asked me to upload them again. The files are too large for the regular portal, so I would need to compress them again and re-upload them, along with screenshots of my settings.

I’m dealing with multiple issues across two different camera models. I’ve already spent hours taking cameras down, resetting them, and working through the standard troubleshooting steps; the issues persist. Dealing with tech support across two countries is also burdensome. At this point, I’m not going to continue with further uploads or troubleshooting. The cameras have too many issues and limitations. Eufy is already aware of these concerns. In the future, I’ll be replacing all my Eufy cameras with another brand.

No problem. These things are a pain in the A** to deal with :face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Due to the files being of a large size. When I was dealing with my S340 issues. I uploaded a catalogue of videos to my Google drive and shared the link with them./ That is the easiest way to do it. Create a folder and upload all the files of your choice.

Then reply to their email with the link. make sure you enable the ā€œshared viewing/accessā€ so they can have access to the folder.

You can upload the videos in better quality without having to compress the files.
