This issue seems to go beyond a one-off problem — we’ve seen repeated instances where faces are either misidentified or not recognised at all, even after correcting the errors and donating the videos to the relevant team.
Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the same mistakes keep occurring. It would be great to know if there’s a more permanent fix in the works, as this is starting to undermine trust in the system.
