Would be great because then you don’t need to be always close to your home base with the outdoor camera. Useful in bigger homes.

I have a work around for this issue. I have a large home and homebase is next to the router at one end and it’s too far to get a good signal at the other end of the home but I also have a mesh system so the workaround is to plug homebase into a mesh pod in the center of the house and use the mesh wi-fi to access the router. This works for me.
Thanks for your reply. I have a mesh network and the homebase is connected to this WiFi, but still the connection between camera and homebase is direct connection or? Maybe the receiver of the camera is quite weak and it’s already using my network…
