Any trouble shooting ideas for c30i? The right ear bud seems to have quit entirely. I’ve ended they are entirely charged, I’ve tried holding the reset button. While both those worked before, no dice this time. In fact, the reset button no longer seems to work at all. Do I just need to give up and get new ones?
Yeah its time to use the warranty service, which is super fast and easy I just replaced my q30’s and it took less then a week to get my replacement
