I got a 4 pack of S3 Pros and a Homebase last week to (start to) replace Arlo gear. Initially I put the cameras on chairs in the garden and they picked up the hedgehogs and foxes. I’ve now mounted them to the wall (the cameras, not the hedgehogs/foxes) but they don’t seem to be picking anything up. Do I just need to adjust the sensitivity in the cameras, or is it something to do with the Homebase AI, or something else? Any advice on how you have yours setup would be greatly received.
For entertainment, one of the cameras is named “LambCam” as it is pointing into the field behind our house where a farmer currently has sheep. This is providing us with a few laughs.
It’s usually not the HomeBase AI, more about how the cameras are mounted.
When they were on chairs, they were lower and catching movement across the sensor. On the wall, they’re probably:
