Yes, use a headshot (portrait) with no hat, hood, glasses, mask, no dark photos. Nothing that can bokeh or obfuscate the person during a recognition capture.

I originally input my own portrait, yet I get mistaken for another family member who wears glasses. Also, I can no longer add new people to the Face Management. Is there a cut off point?

The same thing has been happening with me. I opened a ticket for this. Eufy’s response was lackluster.
