Hi, I’m having an issue with my device.
If I leave the earbuds unused for about 30 minutes, they stop working. When I open the charging case, no LED light turns on, and the earbuds won’t connect via Bluetooth.
The only way to make them work again is to plug the case into a charger. Once the LED light comes on, the earbuds can connect to Bluetooth. After that, I can unplug the charger and use them normally.
However, if I stop using them for a while and try to use them again later, the same issue happens. I have to plug the case into the charger again to “wake it up.”
I’ve already tried resetting the device, but it didn’t fix the problem.

How long have you been using the buds. That happens when the buds is old- that’s what happened to my p20i after about 3 years of use. The battery just drains and the the buds completely dies
Really? The buds are used around 6 months.
Send it back. It’s still under warranty.
