I have a brand new homebase 3, I added a 4tb hard drive which shows up in storage, I went through the steps to format it but it does not appear to be using it for storage.

Do you have a cloud set up or any other setup? I’d double check to make sure it’s storing locally.

It will take a lot of video clips before the percentage used begins to increase.
Did you set the HomeBase to record onto the HD for the cameras?
