since the firmware update that was installed on my device on March 14, 2026, the RTSP stream no longer works on all S300 and S220 cameras connected to the Homebase 3. Even with firmware 3.8.2.0 from April 10, it has not improved for me.
Relearning or deactivating and reactivating RTSP has led to nothing. In parallel with this problem, a second problem has also arisen: In the Eufy app, I can no longer see all videos. Some have no preview, and most of the videos without a preview also can no longer be displayed. The video then simply hangs at “Decrypting from local storage.”
Since Eufy has been putting me off for 6 weeks and says they are investigating the problem, I thought I would ask here if I am the only one with this problem or if someone else has had the problem and was able to solve it.
