Indoor Cameras saying that they are switched off but work on partners app.

do you have issue also with iphone?

Spent the day removing all cameras from the app and reinstalling them to find they work until you join them to the homebase 3. After the cameras join the HB3 the cameras all turn off except one indoor came (I only have 1) the other 9 outdoor cameras can not do live view. They still send notifications and record events (most likely local to the camera and not the Hb3).
Iā€™m amazed how I can go to bed with everything working and wake up the next morning with an issue that is out of my control.
Support tells me the HB3 needs to be replaced at my cost due to the unit is 3 weeks out of warranty.
What to doā€¦?

Yes Lately having trouble with cameras connecting and some not detecting I can stand in front of the camera and no notification

I did not need to do a factory reset just reconnect to the homebase. Iā€™m using an Android phone

that is just BS. i have other cam connected to HB3 with no issue. I only have 2 cam that have issue (Cam C24/E220). nothing to do with HB3.
also if someone is reading this if you have andriod 14 or 15? I need to rule this out.

Android 14 or 15? I try reconnect back HB3, same issue.

For android phone, we can use Google to search, download, and freely install older versions of APKs.but iPhone only can download the newest version from app store.

4 x C24 cams and E221 flood light do not connect. My 2x E40s, S340 and indoor cam mini connect. Android 14 app.
No issues with an Apple phone!

Update:

Rolled backed the app version and all is working again!
Updates donā€™t like Android:(

I have to constantly restart the home base because several cameras wonā€™t connect and that helps for a little while then it happens again. I just donā€™t understand what is going on!!! I went for maybe 6 months without any issues but now itā€™s getting ridiculously annoying. I always gave good reviews but now I donā€™t know anymore what to say. Itā€™s got to be all these updates

Try rebooting all Eufy cams and the Homebase if you have oneā€¦ on Android clear the App cache on the eufy app. That should hopefully correct any issues. As a last resort uninstall then reinstall the eufy app after rebooting all devices of clearing the app cache doesnā€™t work.

En cuanto vuelves a vincular la camara a la homebase se pone en modo apagadaā€¦

He bajado de apkmirror la version 5.0.22. 5656Eu y con ests todo funciona perfectamente
Habra que esperar solucionen el problema de la app actualizada hace unos diasā€¦Lo dicho si quereis probar vereis como funciona como siempre con la version 5.0.22ā€¦

Android 14 on a Samsung S21

Same. Yesterday everything worked. Today on 2 of 3 cameras the preview does not work. Both are turned off in app. I reinstalled the application, cleared the cache, disconnected and reconnected to homebase. I tried all methods from reddit Indoor cams have been turned off. Nothing works.
