Indoor Cameras saying that they are switched off but work on partners app.

I did another updated again for the update that came out yesterday and maybe it’s me but it seems even slower to load

After update my app today. 6 cameras now turned off, unable to turn them back on :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

I got the previous version from www.apkmirror.com, and installed it on my phone. Everything is working great again!!!

All the cameras that I allowed to update to the new homebase3 firmware have stopped working.

Same, since the android app update, my floodlight 2k cam stop working, tried removing and adding it back on, now the qr code not even recognised in the new app.

You have to re-add the camera back to the homebase in order to resolve this issue… I know it’s a pain in the ass. As this update bricked one of my cameras

Even after updating to the newest version(5.0.32_6967) I still can’t add two C24 cameras back. They lost ability to connect over wify and I can’t get to start with a solid blue line although I’m getting flashing blue light and beep sound but camera can’t get to setup. What’s the solution here? No way to factory reset it doesn’t work. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the camera got bricked from the update. I say that because I’m experiencing the same thing.

Delete the cameras and reinstall them on the app. I had the same issue and this fixed the problem for me. Hope it does for you too. Cheers

I tried that but can’t add it back because camera doesn’t recognize any WiFi so basically stuck on that part of set-up.

You don’t need to delete the cam. After you scan the QR code , the app will say "say that this camera is already been added you want to add it again? " just say yes , hold down the reset but for 2-3 seconds until you hear the beep and then let go.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work because it doesn’t recognize any wifi even after power down/ reset. Eufy broke 2 of my cameras that they worked just fine before all these recent updates.

I had this issue. Delete the app,turn phone off and on and reinstall…it seems to fix the issue.
