Once I clicked on the upgrade it wouldn’t move back to my functionality on the original ap but stayed on the picture for the new ap

My system has been offline for days and I can’t fix it. I think I purchased it in 2018, is it too old to support this change?
Same here. I tried to sync, it’s literally doing nothing.
I can see all my lights in the new app, but my wife can’t, see can see all of our devices but the lights

I purchased “eufycam”in 2020. Of the two cameras that came with the Homebase one quit working late last year. The other still works. Now, this update it wont record at night but works fine during the day.
The newest version of the app doesn’t connect to the “store”. Just spins searching.

How do I get my playback full screen view on my iPad? since this update it’s only about a third of the screen and I don’t like it. Can somebody help or give back the old app?
I want to set my monitoring filters to: Humans, Packages, Doorbell and my front yard camera. It will not save what I want to monitor, keeps showing vehicles (which fills my camera)
Pretty bad update… playback on iPad is in a very small screen, poor video quality! Live view is still good like it was before the “improvement”…
