It’s showing for me. I have delayed updating. I probably won’t update unless it stops working. If Eufy don’t get their game together I’m seriously considering switching to Ubiquiti. I’ve had a good 5 years with these cameras.

Latest update is SOO BAD, please revert to the old interface immediately! Start screen is WAY TOO BRIGHT, smaller viewing screen, you’ve made an ok app horrible. Make the necessary changes immediately!
When watching video from the 24/7 recording footage you can’t watch it full screen.
Don’t know how to start camera
My cameras were all offline except the home base. I rebooted the home base using the button in the app. Cameras are all back up and connected.
Eufy, if nothing else, just give us the option to revert back to previous version.

How do I snooze a camera? The icon is gone now.

My security is not recording and saving any ideas?
Add support to compartmentalize and delegate security device access on a per user basis
So account owner admin can assign cameras (and other devices) to specific people or accounts
Please get rid of the annoying pop-up ad/window. I have already used the link to get to this page.
It would be awesome to have a thermometer feature. It would be so helpful and reassuring to know the temperature in the rooms, especially where my daughter is sleeping.

My C220 cameras are not arming with the new app
Solocam S340 almost always has issues recognizing solar panel, to charge the battery. Can power the unit via solar, but battery won’t charge on solar accompanied by warning that can’t detect solar panel. Wiring and connections are good. Firmware is up to date. I have two of these units, and both do the same thing. It seems like this is a bug that requires fixing via another firmware update. Please do so! It’s not practical to keep pulling these things down and charge them…
