Here’s an idea: Have a senior dev post an update or response to the comment thread here so we know you are taking ALL of this significant feedback seriously. The new app is a MAJOR step back in terms of stability and issues and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Updating the app removed my devices, had to add them back in. Unable to add my doorbell back in as the QR code has worn off. Unless I get support to be able to add the doorbell back in I won’t be using Eufy. Very poor service
