Introducing the Brand-new eufy App for Security Users

I’ve only just downloaded the new app and somehow managed to activate the alarm on one of the cameras so it goes off with every movement. The app is not intuitive enough to turn this off right away.

My camara won’t work now for some reason

See initial image below on activity but when I press play, I have sound but black screen! Any ideas or suggestions please.

Hi. If you’re talking about the release key to charge, most hardware stores carry that although may be included in a set. Take care.

Are there plans to upgrade the AI feature to read vehicle number plates? This could notify you whose car has arrived. The same AI function that is used for facial recognition, once taught should have the name of the individual in the notification message rather than person detected.

My events are not in full screen when I view them since did the update yesterday.How can this be corrected? Thanks

Is there a way for me to download an entire day in one go? Can I avoid having to do it moment by moment and just download the whole day as one file?

From iPad
Playback size is too small. The portrait full screen icon is no longer on video.
iPad DEVICE screen shows all cameras in one column. The layout should fit multiple cameras in a row depending on screen orientation.
