I’d suggest if you don’t want the Eufy app automatically installed on your devices that you turn off automatically app updates on your devices. You can google how to set your devices to not allow automatic app updates on your specific devices. I set My android phone to not allow automatic app updates and so far to date 2025.01.15 I’m still on the previous eufy app and will wait to update until all of the problems with the new eufy app have been fixed. Hopefully my advice will help some users. Cheers.

I keep getting logged out of the app randomly and miss events because of this.
Eufy clean section shows my x10 pro as offline while it works fine on the Eufy clean standalone app.

This comment is spot on. New app takes too long to load and now it has broken connectivity between my doorbell and the Eufy servers. All in all a complete fail and I agree a roll-back should be considered. Zero help when I point out the issues to support since I am outside the warranty window.
I really miss having the solar charging icon mode where it flashes green when charging. It’s sort of useless to have a daily update only. Please bring this feature back!
Can’t view any of my cameras since the update - says all firmware is up to date too. So now I have useless cameras.

I can no longer log onto eufy to put a third camera in. No matter what I do it tells me my account is closed. So frustrating after getting this system
