Why am I constantly being asked to accept terms and conditions every time I open the app?
Thankyou for updating the app to V5.0.21. This has now fixed the iPAD recorded view landscape problem introduced in the last update

Need to be able to control door bell’s led lights.
This iPad specific issue now resolved in version 5.0.21.
I really love my equipment. I only wish the date/time in upper right hand corner was larger. Also, I do my upgrades via the App Store and I like the new look.

after updating one of the indoor camera is not working for me. It used to work fine earlier. I am using a shared device with admin access. And other 2 outdoor cameras are working fine. Please help me with a solution.

Another day, another update and still slow loading and will not connect to my doorbell camera. Looking for replacement options on Amazon.

How do I know if I have the updated version of the app? Also is there a possibility to view multiple camera live views at the same time?

I like the app
It takes longer to connect to my cameras since the update. Sometimes cant connect to recorded events.
How do I share with my husband
We should have the option of when the doorbells led lights come on as if there’s a street light it prevents them from doing so leaving the images by the door too dark. This wasn’t an issue previously. Thx.
The font on this page is very light and small which makes it hard to read especially if we can’t zoom!
I know there might be some little things here and there, but so far I like the new update is pretty much the same but with some extra features of adding other devices that were not available to be added in this app, which I hope all eufy devices can be in one app. Having multiple apps is a pain in the A**
Your programmers need to spend less time creating new versions of the eufy Security app, which was perfectly fine to begin with, and devote more time to fixing your highly flawed AI motion detection. My eufy cameras are each set to detect human movement only, yet they constantly trigger false alarms on stationary, inanimate objects, mistaking them for moving humans. It happens with such frequency it renders the system completely useless as a security system, as I have to turn motion detection off entirely. Yet a security system is the whole point of buying it in the first place.
