Is anyone seeing this? I have the Homebase 3 with a 1TB ssd drive installed inside. I’ve reformatted the drive twice but it still overwrite itself, newest first. I can’t seem to see access to the INTERNAL 16 GB storage.
That is very strange. It should and does for me, overwrite the oldest recording first. The 16GB internal will only be used if no drive is present. I would try another drive. Is it still under warranty? If it is asking for the homebase to be replaced.
Strange
Log out of your app, then log back in and then try again.
If that doesn’t work, try then rebooting your Homebase and then try it.
If still not working, turn off dark mode in your app and try again.
UPDATE: Had to get Eufy’s help. Apparently, there was an update to the app that now creates a system partition on drives. Removed the 1 TB SSD drive, CLEARED the internal storage, reinstalled and formatted the SSD. Both drives now have the system partition. Backup to USB stick first (you WILL lose your videos). So far, so good. ![]()
I have seen that before but not in a while not sure why it does this but maybe a interrupted wifi signal when it was trying to record. I’ve had events not record and that’s the message I would get but there will be recordings still on each side of that time frame
