Hello all,
I installed a 1 TB SSD from Intenso in my new Homebase 380. After installing and starting up the Homebase, I receive a text message on my smartphone saying that the SSD needs to be formatted.
However, when I go to the app and check the homebase storage, it does not recognise the SSD! What could be the issue? I have restarted several times without success.

Can’t really say why this is happening..
You received the notification that it needed to be formatted, but when you go into storage it’s not being shown / recognized. Strange.
I would try reinstalling the SSD again. Unplug the HB3 and remove the SSD, then plug the power cord back in let the HB3 boot up without the SSD drive installed wait about 10 minutes and start the procedure again on installing the SSD drive.
Can you post a photo of the SSD drive?

I think about it to remove the SSD and return it to the store.
The SSD is not listed in the recomondation list from Eufy so…
