My charging box doesn’t charge the earbuds any suggestions ? Space A40 is there any fix apart from cleaning and resetting I try all this things thanks to sound core they replace them but still the old box which is brand new doesn’t charge it’s working but don’t charge ! The souncore services are best ever I contact !!!

I have the same problem from time to time with my Space A40s. None of the ear bud tips that came with them did not fit my ears to well. So I’ve kept a stash of various size tips from previous ear buds I have owned and I use them for optimal noise canceling and superior audio when listening to music.
But because of the difference in size and design, I started having the same problem as you. Although, by appearance, I thought the lid of the case was closing completely, apparently it wasn’t. It was just ever so slightly, ajar, causing the earbud case to hardly charge the earbuds or not charge them at all.
So I discovered that if I take the earbud tips off before charging, that the earbuds would sit completely down in the case making it to where the lid of the case would close completely. Thus allowing the case to give a full and complete charge to the earbuds.
