My smart display will randomly jump from the setting screen to the main screen when working in the settings screen. I have reset the display , homebase , wifi and eufy app multiple times and the problem persists. I have uploaded the logs multiple times and eufy wants me to capture a video or screenshot when it happens. This would involve using my phone to record the smart display every time i go into the settings screen in hopes of capturing a random event. This is completely ridiculous. The live view setting also keep resetting. Eufy has stated that a new update is expected mid Feb 2026. I have the smart display, Homebase 3, 12 cameras and 3 locks from eufy. Anyone else having the same issue?
No issue on mine with the settings screen, though I did have an issue with the Auto Live View resetting 2 days ago, and a few minutes later it returned back to my configurations.
The display is on OS Version V2.6.21
Have you tried cleaning up the internal storage?
