My cameras are all the professional E330. The software on my phone, which I have recently reinstalled, looks very different. Even my Homebase has the latest firmware which Eufy downloaded yesterday. Every camera is updated. I’m not sure why your software looks different?
Eufy asked me to shut “Al” off. I can not find that setting in my phone.. Can someone help. I googled it and where it says it is, not in my phone.
I think, unless someone else knows how to turn the AI off.. is to uncheck all Detection Types except All Motion. As I see the others use Empowered by HomeBase.
Though I don’t see how that’s going to help color night vision to engage?
I believe @benjaminchan1228 is changing the settings through Live View.
Can you post a screenshot of your live view during the evening, and do you see “Auto” on the left side of the screen?
